Q: What are the Lake Hours?
A: Our Lake is open from dawn to dusk 365 days a year.
Q: When are the Board Meetings held?
A: The Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday of each month @ 6:00 p.m. at The Emmons Company (November meeting is on the 3rd Thursday and there is no December meeting due to the holidays).
Q: I think there is suspicious/possible criminal activity occurring. Should I call Security or the Police?
A: You should always call the Police first! Security personnel do not have the powers that the Police have and therefore may not be able to deal with the situation fully. You should call Security after the Police have been notified.
Q: When do I need to submit an Architectural Application?
A: An Architectural Application is required whenever any exterior modifications are to be done. Refer to CC&R Article V, Section 5.03 for further clarification.
Q: Can I paint my home any color I choose?
A: No. There are approved colors for the Lake Park Village HOA that must be adhered to. There are sample color books to aid your choice available to borrow at The Emmons Company Office.
